What heals AD(H)D?
When I am spreading the mission, people ask me:
"How, in few words, would you say AD(H)D can be healed ? "
My short answer:
"Healing AD(H)D (in all cases I saw) is about healing emotional family patterns
- layers even deeper than our diet influencing the chemistry of our bodies.
How?
Unique in every person, there are certain ways to heal that deeper causes.
Starting to belief in something and to follow a diet can be a key part of that.
Getting to believe in, deciding, and following that diet, can motivate you to make bigger changes and change beliefs in such a way that you start healing the family patterns ánd improve your body's chemistry, your gut health etc. - at the same time.
And when you start to feel much better and more focused, healing can continue. While you live a more conscious life, you have more successes, and your self-confidence grows, you will have more conscious relationships, etc.
When I mention this, I almost 'see' people thinking than: "But this can't be easy"
Yes, and no. For me it was easy because I started with one step, a personally energetically tested diet. A step that I fully got to believe in thanks to research that I had done before, and thanks to the people that I learned something from. (In my manual-book I explain how come I could believe in that, and I will inspire you to believe in your thing).
My environment adjusted to me
By going for that diet fully, I automatically made my environment adjust to me or at least respect me and my decision: my needs. Me changing already some of the deepest patters in myself, my family. And while being in other relationships, my health changed really fast (in weeks). And confidence was growing. So it was really easy than to make a new start and to maintain the 'super strict diet'. What did not feel as 'strict' at all, I just wanted it and it worked!
With the symptoms gone, and success bigger than I remembered ever having, my confidence grew. Finally something was really working including my academic study, sports etc.
So, why did this knowledge did not get more wide since 2008?
I told many people about what I did the first years after that success - with my ADHD symptoms as good as gone. I even started to realise that my epilepsy had disappeared since I started the diet. Even I had a lot of doubts: Whats it really since the diet, ,was it really because of the diet? What else could be heald with a personalized diet? Other diseases probably?!
Somehow people who tried the a diet, did not succeed as I did..
It took me years to undersatdn what I had actucally done to hel. So much more than only that diet.
Why I succeeded
I decided to make (another new) start, go to lie back with my parents for a few months and I was different than every really convinced about my plan. I kind of daid: This is me, This is what I do A new me. And they accepted me in this way and supported this. Whike in the past I would subconsciously be always adjusting in my fmily. In that time I did not realize this, but thanks to m and beliefs and decicion. , I was changing some of my most sabotaging my pattrerns and theraby I was changing position in the family. I only realized this years later in a dance tehrapy in Ausralia, where I joined a session just out of curiosity. I ened up laying on teh floor, and I just realzed that I always had been adjusting myself to the situtions in my family. My family was not extermely violent or so, but enough stressing that I adjusted myself trying to keep everyone safe. Preventing the outburst of anger of my father. Agaion, not to blame hime, he had inherrited it from the generations before and it was the whoe dynamic of my mother, my stsiter and brother and me that trigred him. We where all palyog our parts, And My part was causing in me adjusting and the base cause of my epiplepic attacks. So it did change my brin even. And now this was gone for years already, suddenly with the diet and what I did to succced with my diet. I had changed, not it was about me healing, not trying to keep teh family and myself safe.
Science, research & academics
At that time at university, it was very difficult to have teachers and professors support you in this. I even volunteered in Mental health care. Loking back, whet hapopened was that I ened up in projects of employees, academics and even professors following their beliefs their goals. Diet was not popuilar, and enerygetic testing too. There were some that believed in me, but they could not really help me. After having a career in health sciences research I do understand muchb better that its about a huge acacdemic and science system that changes slowely. Science is the work of humans, its not pure following facts. Beliefs pay a major role!
Do not wait for science!
It's like people living in blind spots, they cant admit or look intio something they completly do not see as possible. Of course there are scientists and helath workers that bleief differnet things, but also they can have problems to find funding and scientific jorunals and peers to support this kind of research. Especially if no maoney can be earned by such thing as a diet. Its way easier for an unhelath pharmacutic with much les efficiancy to make it through, because money can be earned, salaries can be payed. Science is not independent from politcis. And even the ones teaching me this, have their blind spots. Me too of course. So we do need a transparent system. And I do belief that the truth wins, but it can take decades or more even when it comes to the biggest changes (like in the world of energy). Solutions can be ddoed as fantasies, and litle money is there to reveal it, even more money can be spend to profe its a misconception. So even in science beliefs matter.
I got terrably stuck in another research, finding out my profesors was a human being with her limitations too, not my every lasting example to look up to. One of the best learnings of my life. And I also swa that the deparntment I worked in, was full of young researchrs looking for confirmation, a woond that gooed way deper than the intellectual learning path. Woonds like mine, coming from their fathers not able to gieve them what they needed. As all fathers and mothers have shortcommings, its not to balem our fathers, its just s it is. Wounds or emotional pattrens run through all families. Wars or disasters, or even family crisises from the past, still can have their effect on us.
So science is not pure fact, it's a process and its human work, with human beliefs funding, and power play. So, my personal advice to anyone who wants to heal and does not find answers in the mainstream world: "Do not wait for science! Do not give up, find your own way. Look for inspiration around you. We can all learn from each-other.
So now you want to know how you can heal, what you need to do?
To help others, or rather guide others into their own healing. I have developed a program. With personal sessiosn to check eneegeticaly what you need. What the deeper causes of your AD(H)D are and what you can do about it (diet, looking into the family patterns an changing them, certain exercizes, etc. ). In that way I guide you to make your personal Plan, or Map out of the maze you got stucked in. To help you also changeing your beliefs.
And than you can join the group-sessions, to support eachother in succeeding. It is much easier to integrate things in life, when you meet other people for on that together.
